Andorra has got it just as bad as Pamps. The rest of europ aren't doing to good either,the best resorts seem to high up resorts, but they seem to have the same problems on there lower slopes as well. Even Sweden and Norway have problems with the lack of fresh snow.

So it's not just Pamps or Bulgaria.
