Can't Cancel !!!

Well People,
I have been unsure what to do , as i fly out to borovets on sat. Having taken all advice into account, i decided to cancel. Rang my travel agent (Eclipse). Their respone was, if i cancel i lose my money as skiing is possible> I know lots of post go on about the weather, but from what ive seem only PP and Horn seem to know whats in store for Boro. Could anyone please advise me as this seems an unfair answer form my travel agent. Will skiing be available from sat !!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't think you could cancel because of no skiiing? My thing (with balkan) just says you can get insurance payout for no skiing at a set amount per day, rather than the whole holiday refund.

But then I haven't really got a clue.

me too going saturday. Hot from the resort, skiing is taking place, especially up the gondola, what do yu think they are doing on the webcam??

Nope, it's obvious that you can not ski in Bulgaria for next 2-3 weeks, there is no snow except several short pistes covered with artificial snow (you should wait for a hour to get to the lift for a 5 min. skiing down). Why don't you try to go to Alpes if you want to ski?

Of course you cant just cancel a week before you go! I think the travel operators would be bankrupt if people cancelled summer holidays because it might rain and winter ones because there was no snow!

As fraser and sarah own property in Borovets I think they may know a little more about the situation than most, and knowing them both personally, you can be assured that what they say is true.
