Thanks for the mail and your response. Perhaps prior to suggesting and/or implying anything against my integrity, I believe it would have been more appropriate to either ask a moderator to contact me directly (if they deemed it appropriate) and (most importantly) prior to your accusatory comments.

I have indeed seen comments on here from moderators, when they have had to remove posts, for example there is one from someone called Ann and I would have absolutely no issue if they explained the problem. I am not sure if there is anything personal here, however the posts such as above are simply removed with an explanation. If deemed my posts were incorrect, I would happily understand that they needed to be removed.

I am presuming that from what you say about 'law', you believe that anyone recommending or providing links / details is outside the law within doing so? If this is the case then surely everyone who recommends products / services on this site is either acting unlawfully or taking commission / on a contract. For example on this thread alone, there is mention of Fraser's, Alpin and the Iglika - do we need to presume that anyone mentioning them is on commission and has the personal permission to post their details? If yes, would it best not to use any of them?

In terms of the chalets, I was recommending 2 that I am aware of within the resort itself - I have stayed at one of them and the hospitality, hosts, accommodation were all excellent - in fact in my opinion, I would describe it as the 'Best', 'Un-biased' & 'Highly Recommended' - I don't believe personal opinions are banned and / or unlawful and if others dont agree with my thoughts on the chalet, then obviously that is fine, however it is simply my opinion. In terms of the other, we also looked into that last season when i was coming to the resort with my family. I am / was not aware of any others in the resort itself as we decided to book a different option, so was just giving them information on what I know - with absolutely no contractual agreement in place with any of the 3 providers named in your post above..

In terms of Hunters, again my thoughts were objective of my experience, as prior to booking them in feb last season, I had never met them. We searched the internet for information and after comparing all the prices (expect if booking a package deal) they came out at the cheapest and were really easy to deal with in advance when we had no grasp of the bulgarian language - again, I would describe my experience with the words above. I have advised (in my initial response to your questions above and before I knew of any ghost hunt) that I do now indeed know some of the guys, so I am unsure as to the issue here as i have blatantly stated that. I do indeed have their price list and have forwarded it on to people, which saves people just one search, as I imagine they are doing loads of research.

In terms of your 'friend', I would have thought that if you had been going to the resort for the last 7 years, then you would have been able to provide him / her with all your recommendations? Or would this construe any commission / illegalities? It is also seems quite strange that you have such knowledge of the resort, yet asked your friend to forward you the information I had sent.

So as to not use the forum as a personal battle-ground, I would have emailed this directly to you and cc.d the moderators, however your email address is not visible...

Anyway, Luke...I appreciate your comments and will ensure to make sure that i clarify / check my posts before sending anything in line with your comments above.

I've used A certain person for lessons on here for 2 yrs and will use them again coz they provide a very good service, as a result being a user on this forum I WILL RECOMEND them..

I'm sure we all know there is enough crap out there,and after all thats what the forum is for...Isn't it??

My daughter had lessons with Hunters last yr,very nice instuctor who was very very patient...
