got this from info on this forum, not sure if it is up to date. A friend said that she recently went up on the chair lift and for non skiers it was 8 leva. However, they got overcharged in the restaurant.
Just looked at their webcam , quite a few coming up on the chairs and skiing, looks like plenty of snow.

In general they depend on the season, but the average prices are lower compared to Borovets and Pamporovo. The urbanization has not reached this resort as much like the biggest resorts, so if you are looking for a pure nature and skiing for less money that's your resort.
For example here are the prices of the lift pass: 1 day: adult 18 levs, child: 9 levs; 3 days: adult 42 levs, child 24 levs; 6 days: adult 80 levs, child 45 levs.
1 lev = 1.95 euro
Great's great thanks Carole, I'm staying in Chepelare from the 19th ( Saturday ), skiing in Pamps mainly, but if I get board there I may give Chep. a go towards the end of the week, well that's the plan anyway
I have used their pool at R.Home. Shoky is opposite and a lot more in the area, all much cheaper than Pamps. I would think. chepelare is really changing, more shops and cafes opening - hope the area does not change toooooo much!
Sparky, I think Amanda will be there next Tuesday evening having a meeting re the orphanage with some people, so you could say hi - She will be the one eating a C.C.egg
Thanks Carole - I will keep a look out for Amanda on Tuesday - Ask her to look out for me - the bald middle aged fat one with glasses - lol.
If she asks Shoky he will point her in the right direction
It's not that bad in Chepelare ski area. I have been told that they have cut some new runs and they are open this season. I cant get any more info on this now, but I will ask and post it on this site when I can.
There are 5 or 6 small cafe on the mountain. The food is quite good and it is a lot less than Pamp's.
The run's are in good condition and the back tourist route is not that steep, as Pete said it gets a bit tight at times but it is great to ski it.

Last year I was the only person sking on the mountain for 3 hours then 4 other's came.
You can have a good day's ski with out any waiting at the lift's.
It is poss that you will be the only one there for a few hour's.
When you are in Chepelare try the Golden Lion bar
Rhodopi Home is a great hotel; only a year and a bit old, good rooms, decent restuarant, smallish lounge (but with a great open fire!)
One tip from last year - if there are four of you, don't get in the lift together if you're going up to the 4th (top) floor.
it will get to 3, there will be an almighty BANG! and it will stop suddenly. Pressing "4" will restart it and get you up to the fourth, but it's a tad scary.
