Thats a tricky one. There is not a lot as bulgarians love their meat ...A LOT!!! you can have some salads, Pizza (margarita),..more salads, alcohol, Booze, and salads. and some dessert. Last time i was with a veggie person over the second night there she had stuffed rabbit Surprised(the first night she had the menu above) Exclamation Question Razz

zelenchutsi na skara - vegetables from the grill. Fantastic 'bob' - large beans in various tomatoy sauces. The resorts will be increasingly aware that not everyone is a carnivore, but a phrasebook may well help.

re: Christmas

stayed at the Iglika in Feb and there was loads to eat for veggies, most days was some pasta dish, pizza loads of salads and cheese, and home made soups with different types of breads and rolls. I never went hungry and I am a fussy eater.

I love the bean soup that they do everywhere - can't remember what it is called - had it for lunch every day.

And there is a good variety of salads at least. All very yummy.

Be careful with that one... We went with a large group to hotel Bor in pamps two years ago... the girls didn't like the food served on the first night and so as not to offend the waiter/chef/hotellier they told him they were vegetarians... For the rest of the holiday they were given a little salad, with a slab of fried bulgarian cheese... Yummy!
