I understand it was supposed to take effect from 1 January 2005. If they are not going to enforce it though it seems pointless.

I guess at the end of the day weather there is mafia involved or not, it's their country so we should respect that and enjoy their culture as much as I would hope they would enjoy ours if the came here or NZ of course,
