Firstly, no apologies for being a 'smoker'. My choice.Does anyone know which date in January, Bulgaria becomes part of the EU ? I'll be in Borovets from 30th Dec and am wondering how many cigs I can bring back

Smoke bulgarian ones: you have blue(normal), white (light), gold (ultra light?).. 1,60 Lv

there is a good chance (if it already isnt yet decided upon) that even tho BG will be in EU, you still will be limited to 200 Cigs--they have done this with some of that last block of accession counties such as Hungaryre: Cigs

The Victory's white or gold are fine (my wife says they smell funny but I can't smell it). The blue Victorys really do go for your throat. Don't leave it until the last day btw. The shops don't keep a huge stock!re: Cigs
Thanks to all for the info. I'll try a few packs and see what I prefer. At least I'll be able to sit in a bar and have a smoke with my beer, unlike here (Bonny Scotland)
