Hi; hope you can advise me as to what kind of clothes I should bring for apres-ski????????? Ive packed 2 pairs of my best farahas-3 polo shirts and my nick faldo pringle sweater; are these the kind of things i should take or does every one just go out in there ski suits etc? going on saturday so i could do with some advice pronto?
There is no really general dress code. People just tend to dress in whatever is comfortable and warm. Hence, a lot of people will take big jackets or fleeces, gloves and a hat perhaps. the MOST important thing to remember is that there will be hard ice EVERYWHERE and you spend most of your time between hotels and bars etc skating all over the place, so best take a decent pair of walking boots or shoes that have a good sole with loads of grip (not that it helps much on the bullet hard ice!). ...

Forget about that posh and expensive armani shoes that you would wear for a night out in Britain because the chances are they will not be as warm and will be more lethal!
