The basic facts are that you are wrong. I Have a friend who works in the Irish Embassy in Sophia, who has stated exactly the same as pete. He deals with international trade delegations wanting to invest in Bulgaria. I think he should know !!!!!

Sarah's right Petie.....if I'm not mistaken - I don't think that anyone on this board is a Bulgarian government official and even they won't know what the future holds from one year to the next!
SO lets not get too hung up on being so-called Bulgria experts on every subject - apart from the skiing of course!!
