i would suggest long sleeved thermal vests and long johns, they come in all sizes for children and adults, i am in bed at the moment, heating on full, fat Duvet, themals and PJ's and i am still freezing

i did not mention my huge knickers too, it really is that cold and they have cut Slavcho's hair now he has a skin head, now he is even colder, his hands are blue with gloves. I was there today and i could not stay that long due to the cold. Merko is doing ok

It was this cold in 2006
we wore thermals, top and bottom, fleece. neck thingy Jacket and sallopettes. my daughter somethe wore an extra layer, and we were fine and were beginners so very snow plough and lots of rests waiting etc
4 sleeps to go but off to Boro. Cant believe it is almost here!

OMG -32 me and Logan are gonna freeze - we have no thermals only ever wear t- shirts and I have no more time to shop ........OH DEAR Will just have to drink lots to numb the body from feeling the cold.
