I was at Pamps on Sat just gone and it was minus 12 on the top, - it was cold. I don't normally wear thermals but needed them this year. Will be buying some ready for next year.
Hope it's not too cold.
Thermals a good idea, we were there a couple of weeks ago and with the wind chill it was -20 up top... believe me the lift journey wasn't pleasant! We wore thermal top and bottom, a fleece mid layer and normal ski jacket/pants and were fine... just make sure you pack plenty of face cream as chapping could occur!
There was one youmg girl complaining her hands were cold and she was crying to her mum. I recommended silk glove liners as my hands are always cold but never have a problem with ...

it was -10 during the day when we were there 2 weeks ago seriously cold on the lifts so you defo need your thermals.
wore vest, long sleeve t-shirt, fleece and jacket and was well cosy. Oh yeah and thermal bottoms under sallys!
Only thing is on a night you need just t-shirts and a jacket as all the pubs are sooooooooo warm as are the hotel rooms (just turn the radiators down tho)
wear tights (ooh err) under your sallys or Thermals and should be ok.
recomend tube scarf can get ...

recomend tube scarf can get these from most walking places for well under a tenner and will totally cover your neck and most of face if you need to. I got one from freespirit for £5. Some even double up to a hat when you pull the toggle.
Also recommend goggles especially for the kids.
Also if you go to the organised ski show on the Thursday night make sure you go all togged up. Some people went in their jeans and were bloomin freezin!!
