it varies from place to place between 2 leva and 3levare: Cost oF BEER in £`s
2-3 levs in Borovetz and Pamporovo1 Lev in the Mehanas in Bansko (37p) for 1/2 litre of Kamenitza

HiIn the mehana's you can get a large local beer for 1.2 to 1.7 leva 44p to 63p but you will pay 3 leva in the trendy new bars aimed at the tourists and a small beer is 3 leva in the clubs, this is in Bansko

just come back from borovets averages at 3 lev a pint if you're goin to boro utilise the happy hours buy 1 get 1 freebuzz bar - 3 - 8 then 10 - 12

samokov and rila bars 4 lev , most other places 3 lev . as said earlier look out for buy 1 get 1 free deals.so i guess 4 lev =£1.60 . 3 lev £1.30 .approx. seems to be some diffrence in opinion here but thats what i found in borovets.Kel
