Crystal Flight Changes

I believe that Crystal Ski have changed their courier and as a result there are several flight changes.We were due to travel on Saturday 24th Jan from Gatwick but have been informed that this flight has now been changed to Sunday 25th at the same time.
Unsure how many flights are affected, you may wish to check if you have booked through Crystal.

Thats a bit disappointing, though you will miss the big crush on Sunday morning. We are booked through Balkan so that we fly to Plovdiv, leaving Gatwick at 17.00 much shorter coach journey as you know,especially with out new family member "Leon" we are also changing hotels this year, staying at Snezhanka, having spent fours years at the Perelik and still waiting for refurbishments, which haven't happened. We are sure we shall enjoy the holiday just as much, and we are ...

The skiing will still be a wonderful as ever, and I shall still be the NURSERY SLOPE PROFESSIONAL!!! No I am really going to get the "bottle" this year and GO FOR IT.

Does that mean Thompson will change theirs as well - travelling with Excel? Also, what do you then do if you have booked car parking and hotel at Gatwick?re: Crystal Flight Changes
Just an update to all - the Excel flights which most people who are booked with Thompson, Neilson or Crystal have got are now changed to Sunday flights with Brittania into Plovdiv.
I phoned the travel agent - thanks to PP's advice, they checked and said no changes - two hours later, embarrased of Lunn Poly rang me back to say Thomson have just rung them with change of flight details to the Sunday.
They couldn't work out how I knew first - but thanks to Pamps Pete...

Personally I am not too bothered, as it is only 1 1/2 hours transfer from Plovdiv as apposed to 4 hours from Sofia. (get in the bar quicker!!!) but I have not been informed of a arrival change as yet.
For those who have booked ski school, don't worry as you will have your own instructor on Monday and you will miss nothing.

I'm quite glad it's Plovdiv as last year we flew there and it was over three hours to Borovets - didn't enjoy that long journey.How did you find this out Pete - Lunn Poly / Thomson were very embarrassed that I knew before they did...

One of our party (Emma) was informed by her travel agent of the changes. As we were all on the same flight originally, and staying in the same hotel, and all booked with Crystal, I am presuming that we will hear soon.Not long now hun,
Just gotta wait an extra day to meet you!!!!
