Hey guys,
I need some advice!
Going to Pamps -Hotel Pamporovo next Sat (can't wait!!). Basically, we booked 2 learn to ski packs with our holiday operator but when the tickets through it stated that no learn to ski packs had been booked. This is not a problem now as we have had confirmation from the operator that they were in fact booked.
But what we are wondering is tht because we arrive so late on the Sat nigjt (Sun morning) - does this mean out first ski day is on the Sun - and ...

Do you have to take your documentation somewhere and then get kitted out?
I am really worreid about this as it's our first time skiing! Has anyone had this problem before/ can anyone offer some advice?!!

MAKE SUR E YOU COUNT THEM AND DOOBLE CHECK THEM AS I WAS DONE FOR A SKI PACK IN BOROVETTS NOT CRYSTAL THO COST ME A HUNDRED POUNDS FOR A LIFT PASSre: Crystal and Ski packs

YOU WILL COLLECT THEM ON SUNDAY MORNING FROM YOUR REP THEY WILL CONT THEM OUT SKI PASS SKI HIRE AND SKI SCHOOL AND DISCO NIGHT YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME NEVER BEEN TO PAMPS GOT TO BE THE SAME SET UP AS BOROVETTS WE GOT SATURDAYre: Crystal and Ski packs

Sarah short answer is YES. your rep will advise you on coach about picking up skis

Just make sure you've got your invoice which states you have booked ski packs and paid for them.Hassle Crystal before you go to confirm that you have got them and to reissue your confirmation / booking with this on as you don't want to get stung once you get out there.

That's for that everyone - it's just so worrying being a first timer! I think I'll be taking ALL booking stuff with me - really speaking, I should have taped the conversation with the operator!!! Or maybe that's going bit too far....Is it true that you have to wake up for a 9:00 start? Man, i thought this was supposed to be a holiday!!!

The first morning you'll meet your rep in reception - probably about 9am and then lessons on the slopes start at 10am every day - so yes... it is sort of a 9am start every day - the trick is to have a little snooze when you get back from skiing before you go to Apres SkiJ

Hi Sarah,We have had the same problem with crystal, they actually cancelled our lessons etc when we booked an extra person on to our hotel booking and took off what we paid for the lessons.
Took 2 weeks to sort out.
But now we have had our invoice to confirm everything ok.
Hopefully no problems in resort.
