Crystal have changed my flights

Yep

Booked to go to Pamps next Jan and the booking was Gatwick to Sofia - guess what, Crystal have changed the flights... they are changing them to fly into Plovdiv. Currently negotiating cancellation fees - have already re-booked something else as I knew they would be doing this.

Have they started as they mean to go on???

Does this route take longer? Only we fly to Plovdiv from Manchester and Newcastle.

Sarah if you are going to Boro and flying into Plovdiv it is a long trip! approx 4 hours sorry!

dont panick.it is better to fly to plovdiv for pamps as transfer=1.5hrs
flying into sofia would mean 4hr transfer

Oh I know about the transfer being shorter and all that stuff, but with the way Thompson (sister company to Crystal) mucked me about this year... I'm just worried that they've started as they mean to go on.

Remember, this year, changed flights by 24 hours, wrong type of room allocated, ski bindings not set, lifts breaking, pre-selected seat given away, no vegetarian meal on the flight... shall I go on.

are you sure the manchester site goes via newcastle ?
its normaly the east midlands that goes up there.
weve booke with balkan from mcr and no mention of going via newc ??
