I think somebody at the post office has been on the waccy baccy, if anything other than levs I'd say euros.... not sure what anyone else would recommend??
Take a small amount of Levs and the rest in sterling notes which must be in good condition ie no rips, tears or writing on them. The rate of exchange in resort is usually better than you will get here.
rate in rila was 2.70 we got 2.5 in Thomas Cook not that it matters that as no one seems to have any change anyway, watch your change as some of the places would give you change from 10lv instead of the 20lv note you gave them
Rates changed every date. We changed all ours at Marks and Spencer for 2.8 before we left. Rate in Boro was consistently 2.81 or 2.82 for 3 days and then it dropped everywhere to 2.7 by the end of the holiday. The choice is yours....
