I was wondering if anyone can remind me what a drag lift is. Last time I went was Jan 2001 to Austria. I know what a T bar, chair lift etc are but for the life of me cant remember can anyone help.

If you try to sit on a button or drag lift you will come a cropper. You need to ensure both your body and legs stay rigid. Let the lift pull you up the slope and do not try and place any weight on the button.
At the end of the transfer, allow the button to release from your rear, hold it in one hand and just gently throw it to one side.
Many moons ago i crossed over to the darkside and i can honestly say ive never looked back. Use to do some surfing when i lived in portugal and NZ it must come from there i guess.
Poor skiers are going to make poor boarders.
Good skiers will make good boarders
Poor boarders could ski
Good boarders dont want to ski

Yes, Steve took me out for a day and to be honest I got on quite well and enjoyed it, apart from all the walking and everybody sitting around for ages.
Too old to change my ways now, I'll continue to terrorise the slopes of the world with my Mr. Bean style of skiing.
