havent been there either yet, am going in feb, but wrote some places down that someone else posted on here a few days ago.cathys, the golden fish, the blue, and the golden horn are all meant to be great places to eat

hi there we have just got back from borovets and i would advise you to eat at the ALPINE its near the rila hotel,the food is beautiful,staff are lovley and its cheep.warm and welcoming this is a must.!!! we lived there.lol

Loads of great places - too many for you to get round them all in a week !! Hrima by Flora lovely, Hunters down past the Gondola, White Magic - all excellent and great value. You are going to love it !!

Alpine is really nice - forgot that one - it does get very busy though - I like the smaller cosier restaurants !!re: Eating out in Borovets?
ye the alpine does get bisy but try and get ya self a table 1 night,you will love it.

we never got round to trying the blue,ran out ov time dam....next time though
