This is also true. But I did once say there was no such thing as a poor banker so we live in hope for some natural justice with the property developers....

Many posters on here have invested their life savings in the Bulgarian property market, and to make crass statements when they have seemingly lost thousands of pounds is testiment to your intelligence and understanding of the situation.

There are two 'l's in intelligence. Best get that sort of thing right before you try and question other people's.

If people don't understand the risks of speculating in an emerging market they shouldn't be doing it, so I struggle to understand why I am supposed to care.
