warning about the ATM's they have them in most hotels and on the resorts but they dont work you have to catch a taxi to the international bank. however, take sterling and change it out there you should get no less than 2.8 from your hotel and 2.94 from banks in town if you can be bothered with the long walk and bear in mind bansko is on a hill
