I got my levs yesterday from M & S at 2.03, while on the same day First choice were selling them at 1.87 but promised to price match, therefore saving £38 on the 900 i bought.

got 2.09 at Tesco checked Rila Bank and they were only offering 2.04 at the time.

Is it best to change money in England or Bulgaria (and if so, can you change money at Sofia airport?)
