I would like to inform you that A Hamburg court has ruled that moderators of internet forums are liable for content posted on their sites.
This court ruling also imposes the burden on forum moderators to approve messages before publishing them, just like any other traditional print publisher
I thought i would bring to your attention a post from Vista Capital today which is below.

As a company we do not normally reply or try to counteract comments on blogs. As with any company, including major blue chip companies, you get good and bad publicity.

It has been brought to our attention that a small number of people, some of which are other companies who are in direct competition with Vista Capital UK, are using liable and derogatory comments against our company.

Vista Capital encourages feedback, both positive and negative, but we feel that liable and derogatory comments which may damage our reputation is not acceptable. We would like to add that none of these comments have been made by our clients.

Fractional ownership is a fairly new market in Europe which will undertake massive growth over the next few years, perhaps the certain few who wrote these comments should do more research on the fractional ownership concept and the associated costs of setting up a fractional sale.

When you are selling property throughout the world you incur legal fees, especially in Bulgaria where in the majority of cases you have to pay legal costs upfront.

We would also like to point out that Vista Capital UK or any of its employees have never had any connection with MRI or it's associated companies. We are dealing with clients who brought through a number of companies and are at this time helping many clients out of difficult situations. We are at present preparing legal writs against the owner of this site and it's ISP, we will also be taking legal actions against certain individuals who have written liable comments and will also be informing their ISPs.
