What difference does it make DW how much you pay? Are you suggesting that if you paid more for another flight then that flight would have taken off?Just one of those things with severe weather not nice but it happens.

You might have more luck if you complain to THOMSON as opposed to thompson or thomas or any other incorrect thom related name. I bet the cabin crew and flight deck hatched a wicked plan to keep you on the tarmac for hours, the crew especially enjoy sitting on a runway in BG, they certainly havent got your safety in mind or homes to get to!!!re: Flight Home Hell!!

Just be glad you wern't there last year when we had a 9 hr transfer to greece. The lovely reps in the resort didn't tell us how long the transfer was and we stopped once in a backwater bulgerian petrol station were there was handbags at dawn for 13 bags of crisps and 7 mars bars. The poor man's stock was gone...... then we did not have any euros in the airport, not that we given any time to actually buy any food. Eventually got on the paln and waited another 11/2 hours on the tarmac. One ...

Only then did the thomson cabin crew think it was appropriate to give us a drink of water.
