Food and wine in Borovets

Hi all,

Where are the best places for good food in Borovets? Does anyone know if there are any places with a decent wine list - I hear Bulgarian wine is really coming on!

Cheap and o.k.
Not the best though, but highly drinkable

Hi, got back yesterday, the best place we found on the last day was a pizza place called Joys, it is right by the Gondala and the man is outside making fresh pizza in the oven, i would certainly go to this place, and the wine is very good everywhere.

There are quite a few gaffs where ya can get sum gud grub, and the swilly is ded cheep too,

no seriously the food you buy out, is usually pretty good, the wine not that i drink it you had a good choice, you will love the atmosphere, and the people you wont want a'la carte, just go with the flow, you'll be hooked, I promise you, Nastrave

Last year we had meals in a few of the restaurants around Borovets and never had a bad one, they were all impressive! The steak house near the Samokov is choice if not a little more expensive than the other places! You are spoilt for choice. Enjoy x
