Not trying to wind anybody up, as all of us who were there during Dec - Jan - Feb experienced less than ideal conditions, but for those who vowed never to return due to the lack of snow - maybe the link below will make you want to reconsider.

Did Bulgaria have snow late in the season last year cos I remember most of Europe had a great Easter after iffy snow in Feb/March - Maybe thats the lesson we need to learn - Forget Jan/Feb - Book around easter

Last year was a pretty good season all round and as far as I remember sking was possible right into mid April.

This year is just freaky - and hopefully not to be repeated for decades.

The 'live cam' is in fact a short recording that plays over and over again for a while before updating.

I am sure the next update will show a much better picture.

I know it is just a small recording, watched it often enough before heading out to Pamps on 4th March.
Just checked again. recording taken at 11am, normally the time when all the skiers are out...
Couple of people on lifts, but no-one else in sight...

I was in pamps last week and the snow conditions on friday were bad and I think there would have been very little skiing sat-tues,

anyway on the friday I heared that Balkan were offering pepole the chance to change resorts as there would have been no skiing in Pamps this week, so it looks like everybody has transfered and left Pamps empty.
