me too just got back from Borovets, stayed in the Breza it was great... loved the runs in borovets, off to Pamps in 3 x weeks cannot wait

Arlene,i went to Boro last year go where ever you want then end in the Buzz bar,to many places to list,you can join us for a night out if you guy's are up for it...Staying at the Iglika...

Katie's Steak House and there is a restaurant that is blue coloured (can't remember name) opposite Rila down a side street that does fantastic steaks too!Off on 26th January, 2nd time in Borovets and cannot wait!!

Think that restaurant is actually called 'Blue', its opposite the Black Cat I think.I'm off to Boro on the 26th also

Had a steak at the Black cat; worst in my life. Try Mamacita's at the bottom end of the Rila. Their food is fantastic, say hello to Kris and August.re: GOT BACK LAST NIGHT FROM BOROVETS
about 4 years ago Black Cat was really nice food and nice people, but went 2 years ago and it was was a bit poor and the live music was not as good as it was previously either. Never mind plenty of others to choose from. If anyone fancies trying something a little bit more bulgarian there is a place almost opposite the gondola a little bit up the hill, sometimes has a lamb roasting on a spit outside. Nice welcome, log fire, traditional fayre and some nice local wine too if you fancy a night ...
