Going Solo!

Hey, just wondering where everyone that goes solo stays, as I imagine most (if not all) places charge a supplement if not at least two per room?Are you finding solo package holidays, or doing a DIY job?
Mates have bailed this year but dont want to miss out on the fun!

hi stu83,staying at the ela hotel(b+b)only paid £150 for 7 nights via expedia,didn't seem to be any supplement for single occupancy,am out on the 19th feb. as a solo as usual guys could not commit this year,regards,Peter o.

When i did a solo trip I stayed with Gerry & Sandra in their apartment in there house in Samokov , lovely couple as good as they come. Sandra teaches for Hunters and they gave me a lift to Borovets and back every day, you won't meet nicer people. Look up Koolski.com. They even put some beer in the fridge for me , now where else you gonna get that.

I'm often Solo in Bulgaria and use for many years Samokov, much cheaper and great offers.Right now I pay 25 lev or 13 € for a nice room with all you need.
Big Bed,Led Tv Set, Minibar, seeting corner, great value for money.
And the bus to Borovetz is just 1,30 lev each way.

P.S. Beer is around 1,50 and 2 lev and füllen diner with two drink Starter Main course is about 20 lev

There are rooms above the Green King in Borovets and no supplement is charged although there are shared bathrooms. Hope this helps and if not, we suggest you stay in Samokov, as per Sune's recommendations.Let us know if you need any more help!

Hello stu83I have stayed in the centre of Borovets three times, on my own.
The prices were:-
Ela:- £18.00 per night (half board)
Moura:- £17.90 per night (breakfast only)
Samokov Hotel:- £25.00 per night (half board)
These were all booked with different hotel selling websites, which are all cheaper at different times.
Like Sune said you can get it cheaper at Samokov town.
