In pamporovo the restaurant under the tower does exceptional food ,not cheap but worth the treat. Tried the trout grilled over open fire, chicken breast served in parsley white mushroom sauce with fresh bread.
Oh and opposite perelik just down from police station is a small hotel, down the steep steps is a small restaurant where all staff from perelik eat.

I can fully endorse Mike Gs comments on Bohemi and his directions are spot on. Place is brilliant, good atmosphere and exceptionally good grub it its amazing just how well you can ski after a few in there. Give it atry you wont be disappointed.
