Good skiing ahead...

Weather conditions are pointing towards some really good skiing conditions from next week and into February. I will even go as far as to say that even the off-piste skiing conditions will be good.

If I was booked to arrive for the first week of February I would be getting super excited right now!

Trust in the Hornster! I am reliably told both Hornster and Benson are usually Bob on.

Going out on the 29th for a long weekend. Hornster, you give me hope where all webforecasts have failed!

I really hope waited all year for this and will have a very unhappy young man if he can't ski and board ....which means I will have to think of other things to keep him amused and out of trouble.

I promise you things will be massively improving VERY soon! You will just have to believe me.
Besides, Benson has already informed this forum in a previous thread posted earlier this week.

Now we are going to see happy people posting positive comments. It's amazing how everyone changes their tune whenever the snow conditions are ideal.

you say good snow is on it's way, but when are you expecting it? i'm going to pamporovo on the 24th Jan to 31st Jan, and i'm not looking forward to it anymore due to the lack of snow, and the amount of rain

make me happy, and tell me you expect at least some snow during my week?!

dona, I must stress that my comments are specifically for Bansko and to a certain extent Borovets. Pamporovo should improve but probably not by as much as what Bansko will. Apologies for not making that clear. my bad!

Boohoo I'm off to pamps

Any ideas on what to do with a very bored, frustrated, energetic 8 yr old.

Every year I read how bad it is on here and have always skied every day once out there .....is it really that much worse this year ....was being optimistic and hoping it would be like every other year.
