Grand Monastery Pamporovo

I am buying an apt. in Grand Monastery Phase 3 in Pamporovo, but have only seen plans so far, and have not been out to view the place. Before I commit to the purchase, can anyone tell me if it is truly ski in and out, as claimed by the agents, and any info, good or bad, about this complex, would be appreciated

Curtis... it is pretty much ski in ski out, give or take 5 metres. It's located right on a green run 50m from one of the main lifts. If you go onto the B&B website and look at "gallery" for Pamps, it will show you some of the most recent construction photos. I've bought and am due to go out in Feb to complete. Can't wait!

You are buying in a place that you have never been to before?????? Have you even been to Bulgaria? Let me guess the agent has told you that you will double your investment in a few years and will have no problem renting it out?

To Stevie D - sounds good to me, think I'll go for it. See you there one day!

To Daniel Snell - don't recall saying that I hadn't been there before. Been to Pamporovo many times, but not for 15 years or so. Also don't recall saying the flat was for leting or investment. Sounds a bit like a chip on the shoulder if you don't mind me saying so!

Curtis,

I went on a visit last year to site. I think it was phase 3& 4 i saw. I viewed a few uncompleted apartments on the site and I thought they were very impressive. They are as close as possible to ski -in & out for the position of the site. great views. I thought they were due to be finished this in december 07 so it will be interesting to see them whe im over this year.

No not at all Curtis was just asking if you know what you are doing. Good luck trying to sell it in 10 years time though when everyone else is trying.

It is a very good buy (be it is a premium price) and comes with location location location location location and thats what you pay for. I was on holiday with stevie d when he bought a couple of years ago and was so close to signing as well, we would of if we did not want a second little one. But thank god I didn't when 9 1/2 months later out comes my second son and stevie d's godson. With child care bills of £800 per months thank god I didn't.

If I had the free cash, no ...

If I had the free cash, no doubt in my mind.
