hi guys i need advice, unfortunatley i have managed to get a really bad groin strain and i am skiing in 12 days.................has anyone got any advice on how to get sort it out before i go....the last thing i need is this..............and to think i was worried about the height of the chairlifts. this will teach me for being paranoid
12 days for a strain is not the end of the world provided you don't agrivate it any more.
Plenty of rest, don't stretch it, and take as many hot baths as you can.
If that doesn't work, 1 litre of Martell Brandy and you woin't feel a thing.
oh well if i dont get pain relief at least ill get pleasure................mind you i dont fancy my bits freezing up, that would be sadistic.
Basically im walking as if ive had not made the loo......i never thought a groin strain could be so painfull
