just got ur message about money, just i was told the lift pass would cost max 54 pounds, ski's and sticks around17 and boots 12. I have 200 pounds to spend for the week, how much is beer?

So very sorry to hear your news.
Is your house isolated or could you ask one of your new neighbours to keep an eye on it for you - exchange numbers so you can keep in touch should you feel it necessary etc.
Our neighbours were broken into 2 days before Christmas and lost all the Chrissie pressies as well as electrical stuff - and they were asleep upstairs - scary.
Hopefully you can get everything sorted before going away and sort something out so you don't worry when you are ...
