Well we booked with Crystal, not sure how it works. we are looking at tuition.

Gezza and Gill, I'm staying here in March so when you get back if you could do a little review/tips or e-mail me that'd be super helpful. Also I was wondering if you're able to book spa treatments in any hotel, or only the one you're staying in?

generally you can book them in any hotel - I doubt it will be any different in Bansko. just make sure you book early they do get booked up fast
