Beer in the evening and a few pain killers in the morning should do the trick grog.
About 15 of us going to Boro on25/26th Feb so if you wanna meet up for a beer or 10 let us know
Was hoping to get away without any toning of the body! Only the right arm!! Are you doing something all the time at school or is there a lot of waiting around for your turn to fall over?
You can get a massage for about £15 in some of the hotels. Very professional. I was really struggling with pain in my legs after 4 days but once I had the massage the pain had gone completely and I was able to enjoy my last 2 days. Also, take some powerade or something similar and drink 1 bottle a day. It helps to stop cramp. Enjoy!
Just seen your in the Samokov. That was the hotel I stayed in. You've made a good choice. That is the hotel where I got my massage. The massages are very popular though so book early when you get there.
If you want any info on the Samokov please feel free to ask.
Thanks Chris, how about the food in Samakov? you read so many stories and tho I want to visit other restaurants I think it would be good to know what to expect!! Are all the bars packed out all night? What did you think of the "less difficult" runs cos I dont think I want to be on a nursery all week
Yeah it was my first time and wondered how far I'd get in a week. There are some very good easy runs and by the end of the week we were trying out a red run. We skied from the top gondola to the middle - great fun.

We had enough money to eat out every night had we wanted to but in the end chose to eat in 3 nights and eat out the rest so the food cannot have been that bad! We had breakfast every morning - plenty of choice including omlettes and pancakes cooked to order. In three words - uninspiring wholesome food.
The bars are busy making for a great atmosphere and usually as soon as your glass is empty a barman will find you and offer to get your next round
Seriously though, on your first point skiing is hard work on the legs when working so if you can, try and do some work in the gym.
Just up the road from you in the Rila grog and we are from from all over the place but we know how to and to ski and when it comes to falling over we are good at that also so make sure you keep in touch
