Half term Borovets

Hi there,
Coming out on Mon 13th Feb with hubby and 2 kids (14 and 12) using Hunters and staying at Flora, exactly the same as last year and it was fab! Anyone else in a similar position?

Hi Katie, we arrive for a week on the 9th and are staying in the Flora too. I'll ensure our two, aged 5 and 9, leave you plenty of fresh powder to ski on!

I think that you might be getting confused Katie. There are two bars that Bobby and Kas are running this year. The White House which is at the top near the Gondola which definately had some narrow stairs leading to a room upstairs. This year they are also running a bar near the Gondola in Borovets I think originally called the Golden Chicken, this is what they are calling Bobby's Bar.

You may be thinking of the Stone Hut which is almost opposite the White House. The Stone Hut has some very dodgy stairs leading down to it and the tables are on a kind of veranda thing that is hanging off the side of the mountain. Nice view but to my knowledge nothing to do with Bobby.

The stone hut (red colours) I remember, Rumen took us there for lunch, great sausages. The White House great too. I'm thinking of a big place in town where Hunters do the presentations but can't remember the name.
So Bobby's bar is new to them this year then? Will definitely be giving it a go.

re: Half term Borovets

Bobby's is literally by the entrance to the Gondola car park. Opposite the taxi rank and the little bank. If you come out of the Flora, turn left towards the Samokov hotel and you will see the Golden Chicken just a few yards down on the left. That's assuming I haven't got it wrong
