Have Arrived!!

Well after a turbulant take off we have finally arrived at the Rila Hotel.... Really (sorry pete) Can't wait to start skiing in the morning and then to meet everone tomorrow night!!!
Had our first meal in the Rila and the food is not that bad...Trust me (being a chef) i have eaten far worse..we are a party of 6 and we all found something to eat...so for those people that are worried about some of the reviews don't be!
Will keep posting as qthe week goes on....Oh yes and the beer is cheap ...

Good to hear on the food, is it as I suspected like from other bits of Eastern Europe where the Brits moan about about the grub more a case of unfamiliar than bad?

Just so excited i don't want to go to bed ...but have to say i am now going to retire as my kids are bushed!...perhaps 1 more vodka!!!

Thanks for the update suzi.We are staying at the rila from the 19th feb can u tell me if they have highchairs in the resturants?

Glad to hear that it's going well. We are going on 5th March staying at the Rila so your comments will be useful.Does the hotel have their own locker room for skis/ boards?.
Look forward to any updates.

Budvegas - not sure on highchairs but will look later for youpintman i'm not sure...i'm skiing and you leave skis at the hire shop..
