re: Helmet Cam and Videorecording

I'm genuinely interested in this topic....is it just a case of fixing the cam to the helmet and then wiring the AV in into the DV camcorder?

Thanks

Surprised

Try the atc2000 it gives great video quality it's water proof and it works great in cold. Using in mid res is fine 1gig sd gives about 1 hour of footage.

Ours is ATC 100 battery operated with a memory card, no recorder needed, transfers straight to pc.

re: Helmet Cam and Videorecording

Right this may be the worlds stupidest questions but do these helmet cams just plug into your normal video camera which you leave in your back pack?

re: Helmet Cam and Videorecording

The atc2000 willplug into the achos 600wifi and record to the hard drive or you can record straight to sd card then view on your pc but i do not think it will plug into your video cam. The sd card slots onto the back of the atc2000, also the atc2000 will take a good beating as it is designed for outdoor use.

re: Helmet Cam and Videorecording

If people want to knwo what happened on the icy blue run at the top of the borovets mountain...well i fell off of it...heheh

But yeh, sounds like a duct tape jobby...

any other suggestions.
Also, does anyone know how much one of those I-pod style bags cost, but has the helmet cam adaptor instead.
