Have always taken my camcorder and often just bski down without npoles to tape the runs. Get a mate to hold your poles and go for it. Thw results are surprising.

re: Helmet Cam and Videorecording

Hi,
We have a Helmet Cam for Biking and we are taking it away for first time on Sat. We normally attach it to our Bike Helmet but are thinking of attaching it to our shoulder strap of a Camelback somehow.
it's a Origan Scientific ATC 1000. It works great on the Bike but havn't used it in cold temperatures so not sure what it's like.
We come back on the 2nd Feb but can let you know throught the week what its like.
