So this is the scenario.......

I do try and get to the gym when i can, although not as much as I'd like, especially over the summer.

On Monday decided the time was right..... must get legs sorted for skiing. Going mid Jan and March so no time to loose!

Pointed this out to my gym instructor and asked for a new programme. Now my gym instructor isn't a skier, so I told him that you can use ALL your leg muscles while skiing, especially thighs.

I felt the BURN, oh I really felt the BURN!

Next morning a bit worried, but felt ok. Started to stiffen up as the day went on but could cope. This morning, OMG, couldn't get out of bed! Everyone at work thinks its hysterical, walking like I've s**t myself. Can just about get up the stairs, as for getting down them, need a Stenna!
