Can you give me an idea of the food that was available for breakfast and tea?
Also any tips for avoiding the rush in a morning>

At the Flora hotel we had, toast, scrambled eggs, cereals, sausages, baked beans, salad, orange juice, coffee, tea, capuccino, fruit (this is all i can remember at the moment)
