Hols in Bansko

Hi,
Can Anybody suggest any other tour operators for Bansko apart from Balkan? We're going next Feb and as there's going to be about 16 of us I'm trying to shop about for the best deal.
Any helps appreciated

Seems to me that Balkan are the ones to go with, Weve been three times with them now and its allways been great but the prices seem to have jumped a fair bit so i thought it might be an idea to shop about a bit, Oh well Balkan Holidays here we go!!

Why not try a DIY holiday. It really isnt that bad organising a holiday independantly of tour operators and you will probably get a lot more variety regarding hotels etc. Flight wise this too isnt too difficult either.

As Graham says, you can book it yourself, and get a flight via Prague with Czech Airlines -flight is about 5 hours in total. If you book the hotel direct they will arrange transfers from Sofia airport to Bansko.We have booked for next year this way, with the Avalon Hotel at Feb half term and we reckon we will haved saved around £400 between us. The hotel can also book your ski package, although you have to book your own passes. Mal

Why the hell would you go via Prague when BA flys direct to Sofia daily???? For about £170!!! return

Daniel- The cost of a flight for 2 via Prague from Manchester next Feb is £442. I have just looked on BA's website and the cost of a flight on the same dates would £868 + anights accommadation in London as they only appear to fly from Heathrow. I make that over 400 reasons "why the hell you would go via Prague" instead of direct with BA. Mal
