Hotel Ela, Borovets

Does anyone know if there are any positive comments about the above hotel, after reading reports I wish I had booked the Lion as this hotel is nice in Bansko

re: Hotel Ela, Borovets

When are you going Amanda?

I'm off on the 12th Jan, if you are off after that then maybe I can post a report for you.

I think if you go thinking that it's just going to be somewhere clean to sleep and not thinking too much about the quality of the food then you should be ok.

I'm just going with an open mind, thinking that because it's a up and coming country that the accomodation and food won't be up to much at all. Anything else will be a plus Very Happy

Have a look on www.tripadvisor.co.uk and just type Hotel Ela Borovets into the space for some reviews.

Amanda,

Went to the Ela 2yrs ago and hoping to go back this march. The hotel is absolutely fine. Always clean and with a great bar / reception area for apres-ski drinks. Food is average for a hotel in this resort and there are plenty of decent places to eat out if you prefer.

Also a great location right in the heart of Borovets and literaly just a minutes walk from the gondola.

I'm sure you'll have a great time. Cool
