Has anyone else had a problem with the Hotel Pamporovo being over booked and room sharing, or know anybody that has had this problem, My partner and I along with 4 other couples go on the 15th and after reading the post from Nigel and Jayne Davis am just slightly concerned!!!!!
We stayed there last March and had no trouble.
We are booked again for this March and are also concerned due to previous comments. Our son is coming with us and has a double room with balcony to himself and I don't like the idea of him being with a complete stranger.
Do you think it's worth contacting the tour company before going to check this out?
Hope you don't have any probs and have a great time. let us know when you return how it went.
Jak I would not belive anything this twat says. He obviously is a complete moron.
Do you really think strangers would share rooms with each other? Come on?? The hotel is perfectly fine just dont go expecting the Ritz and you will be ok
Stayed there 3 years running. Very pleased on the whole. Usual luke warm food as is the case with most hotels, but no storys like that. One year we had 2 single females that had rooms of there own. There was one guy who booked VERY last minute and the hotel didn't know anything about him - but managed to acomodate him. He had a suite for a couple of days.
Biit harsh that Daniel ! You never know it may be true albeit a bit exaggerated. Maybe it was 3 friends in 2 rooms who had to join together for 1 night. Maybe the origional writer could convey more details.
Sounds like rubbish too me too. Report was of strangers having to share rooms - in the flagship 5* hotel Pamporovo. But it was a report not a direct experience, and I've stayed there myself several times and can't give it any credence.
(Mind you, when I was a lad, going back to your room with a stranger was known as 'a result')
Thanks for the info guys..........(Jaks other half) of all the reports I've read on here 99% are good so I suppose we must accept the odd one percent eh...10 days and counting
