Hotel Rila

We are going on 7th Feb. Can anyone tell me does the hotel provide towels for the swimming pool and what is the gym like? Also how casual is the resturant and what does everyone wear on their feet in the hotel? Anyone else going at this time?

I have never been there personally, but I read a posting about Rila hotel and they said that they supply towels in the rooms, which can be used at the swimming pool. Didn't say much about the gym, just that it was OK.

We are going out on the 7th, flying from Gatwick but staying at hotel Samakov.

Towels are provided at both the Samokov and the Rila for use in the pool. If you are a guest and you pay to use the pool a towel is included in the fee. Hope this helps

Dinner requires formal evening wear.

Full length Dinner gown for the ladies. Shirt and Dicky Bow for gents - if you want to look right idiots.

Jeans and sweat shirts if you want to blend in with the crowd.

hi will be going out on the 7th and staying there to with a group of mates hope to see u on the slopes and in the bar.

You can take your towel from your room to the pool, and you must take the card that you are given at reception when you check in, otherwise the guy in the office will send you back for it.

The gym, although I never used it looked very good, all the latest equipment in there.
