Hi, Does anyone know how long this years season lasts would ski lifts be open from April 21 to April 25 or do they close on a certain dateCheers Charlie

If you are speaking about Borovets the season lift passes run until the 15th April, this is a Wednesday so probably the season will continue to at least the following weekend which is the 19th April.If there is a lot of snow, which there is this year, it could be longer.
It is not unusual for the lifts to work on the May 1st holiday.

Thanks Gerry/Sandra, Yes it was Borovets, forgot to mention that. How do you know if they are going to extend the Ski lifts past April 15th. I don't want to book a flight and they decide not to extend them. Cheers Charlie

CharlieIf there is still plenty of snow I'm sure Borosport will extend the season, but lifts might only be open for 'long weekends', why don't you email Borosport direct and ask them?

Thanks for the reply, Hilly.I have emailed Borosport and they have said upto now the season is still due to end Wednesday 15th April so I take it no lifts past that date so no way of getting to the slopes.

The ski season in Borovets continues. New snow and appropriate conditions in the three ski centers are provided ski area and all lifts, continue to work until 19 April inclusive. Marketing Director Borosport - Luba Maple, also said that after that date the ski area will be open at weekends and during public holidays while there are appropriate conditions for the exercise of snow sports.

Cheers, Gerry/Sandra.Has the season now been extended to 30th April 2015 in Borovets. I am thinking of coming out this Tuesday 21st April do you know how long the lifts will be running for this month?

As far as we know Charlie after Sunday 19th the lifts will work just on weekends and holidays.There are holidays here from the 1st May.
