4 years ago, we rescued a Husky cross from Bulgaria that was due to be shot.
It cost us over 3 grand to get him back but he was a real one-off and the best dog in the world. We called him BJ. We even ended up on GMTV with him with Fiona and Eamond.
He was only 2 but 2 years ago he developed cancer and we could do nothing to save him.
Totally wrecked us, and we still think of him every day.
Last year we decided to get another, but got her from Skegness, which is over 5 hours ...

My dream would be to own a Wolf ........ Blue is very close to that dream but licks rather than bites your hand off

I have always wanted pets (and a husky has always intrigued me) but Mrs Hornster will only let me get pets if she can stop working to look after them full time. How unfair is that??!
