We've just got back from the Iglika.

Rooms were clean and tidy, ours was much bigger than our mates.
Food was okay, but tended to go cold quickly, but there was a microwave to give it a quick blast.

Staff were friendly, girls on reception were a little grumpy looking at times, and busy reading rather than noticing you standing there.

Bar prices were much cheaper than the Rila, but watch those cocktails....about 7 Lev each, but lethal.

If you want a cup of tea in the bar, ask for ...

If you want a cup of tea in the bar, ask for a mug not a cup, you get twice as much.

The chalets looked nice from outside but didnt go in.

Overall a good hotel.

ps amazed how at the end of the week, all staff throughout the resort get extremely helpful and pleasant....something to do with tips maybe????

re: IGLIKA HOTEL AND VILLAS

Hi stayed first time in Iglika hotel. Found it very friendly and helpful but rooms very hot. Always found something to eat even with a fussy 7 year old. Last year stayed in the villas with half board, very nice but basic but what more do you need, at least we could control the heating ourselves Very Happy
