Hi,

I've read the reveiws for the Iglika Hotel, but there is no recent ones.
If anyone has stayed there please could you let me what its like. Also as a first time snowboarder, is Borovets any good?

Thanks,

Aaron.

I have been there 3 times with family. Its a quiet hotel. Food has been ok everytime. Rooms have always been ok.
When i go again i would definitly go to the Iglika.Other people have said there hotels weren't very good.I have skied there only and its been great everytime but avoid school hols, although this year it may be quieter.

Hi stayed at Iglika 4 times, last year went to Flora but going back to Iglika, quiet, friendly and food better than most other hotels, ideal location just behing the Rila but away from all the noise but close to both nursery slopes and gondola. Would reccomend opting for the superior rooms as thses have much more room and a bath.

Iglika is a lovely hotel, nice friendly, quiet, warm. Food not bad at all. Definately recommend the superior rooms. The ski storage there is also good. Stayed there 3 times.

Stayed in the rilla and samakov and neither of them match upto the iglika.
Friendly bar food and cheap, there is always something to eat always advise people to stay there as my mates are at new year etc.
As a beginer boarder you should be fine, it is not amazing for advanced boarding although there is a fair ammount of of piste and the snowpark will help although this isnt likly to be up and running till 2009/10.
Im in the resort all season if you need showing about or helping down the ...

Very nice clean warm hotel, food good and varied, opt for the superior rooms as standard room very cramped. Central to most activites.

re: Iglika Hotel, Borovets

Yeah the superior rooms are lots better although i never pay for them as iv always got snowboards and im messy so wouldnt want to reck a nice room.
