Hi I am in Borovets now in the Rila Hotel in the internet cafe.Anyone got any questions? Only on for 1 hour.
Ski conditions are just fantastic. It has been snowing lightly all day. Plenty of snow now. All runs are open. The Gondola is has only been open to the mid station today.

HiGreat to hear from someone in the resort that it is snowing, going to Borovets on Sat 3rd Feb, staying at Iglika Palace.
I haven't got any goggles to take with me just sunglasses, is there anywhere to buy them in Borovets without having to pay a fortune if I need them.
Would you recommend taking some with me?

goggles can be bought anywhere and good prices too..got back on saturday...the sitnyakova lift was working all last week even without any snowre: In Borovets now - Any questions anyone?

Please everyone the snow is great. There is loads of the stuff.
My only concern is towards the end of the day the middle part of the runs get a bit icy from the snowboaders (I am skiier) but to be frank you get that anywhere you go.
I not sure to be honest what runs I have been only but as far as I know everything is open. The green runs gets a bit sticky in parts, the blues and red runs are just great. Not quite become brave enough for the black runs - ...

There are absolutely loads of places to by ski gear at dirt cheap prices. Lots of Bars and place to drink - very very cheap.
Overall having just the best time - really do not want to come back.
