Is Pamporovo open?

Sorry this is probably a stupid question, but are the runs in Pamporovo open? I'm looking at the Pamporovo Live Cam and it looks like its snowing, a few people are walking around but no skiers?! I am confused. We are looking to come to Bulgaria on 20 February for the first time - does anyone have any recommendations as to resort/hotel. We are all 25-30 and first time skiing. Thanks

Hi - I think its just got a bit late and cloudy, I have been watching the cam all day and there were loads of skiers and boarders earlier. The information that I have is that all the lifts are currently working during the day. We are out on the 23rd so bring on the snow this week!re: Is Pamporovo open?

Pamps is a great resort for beginners as not so steeep blues and reds so brilliant!had an amazin time last year there... here will be plenty of snow and people when u go mid feb
i stayed hotel perelik (spelling?) no complaints.. nice and lively.. plenty of things to do.. foood not so bad either

Big group of us out on the 20th of feb ...usually a good week for conditions. I can also recomend the Snezhanka hotel in Pamporovo...best thing about it is that it is the first pick up on the shuttle bus to the slopes every day which means you always get a seat and their is a bar/club right beside the hotel so you dont have far to stagger home after a night out although their is of course a good selection only a stones thrown away from the hotel. This will be a third year in a row at the ...
